By using the iOS app EU AI Act Navigator (the “App”), you agree to these terms.
The App is built and operated by Magnus Oxenwaldt as an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any employer, third party, or institution of the European Union.
The App is a preparation and documentation tool. It guides you through capturing the AI systems your organisation uses, derives a suggested risk classification for each from an encoded methodology, maps obligations to the EU AI Act’s application timeline, and generates registry and action-plan documents.
The App requires iOS 26 or later. Voice capture uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition; AI-assisted prefill additionally requires a device with Apple Intelligence enabled (iPhone 15 Pro or later). Without them, all features remain available by typing and tapping.
The App is free for up to five captured systems with watermarked exports. Navigator Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes the system limit and the export watermark.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Everything you capture is yours and we claim no rights over it. Without an account it is stored only on your device and we never receive it at all. With sync enabled we hold an encrypted copy that we cannot decrypt.
Do not use the App to create unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its methodology data.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that its classifications, timelines, or obligation mappings are accurate, complete, or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss — including regulatory penalties — arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
