I recently had a fascinating conversation with Magnus Oxenwaldt (Columbus) about how AI - especially agentic AI - is actually being used in practice, not in slides. Both in general, and very concretely in two companies I’m involved in: Supertrends and Projekt Y.

One example from Supertrends: we continuously monitor 5,000 publications per day, in 40 languages, tracking roughly 4,000 emerging technology predictions. What used to require a team of around 160 human experts is now handled daily by our AI system—faster, broader, and with fewer blind spots. This is not about replacing judgment. It’s about radically expanding reach.
